We offer free shipping on natural Silvertip Christmas trees to your door if you live in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon or Washington.
We can ship to states outside of these locations but would need to add shipping costs. Please contact us if you are interested!
We will use UPS ground shipping on our products and they will arrive between 2-4 business days.
Refunds or Returns
There will be no refunds or returns on perishable products.
There will be a picture of the tree before being packaged and a picture of the final package.

Care for your Natural Silvertip Christmas tree
Open your package as soon as possible upon arrival! Silvertip trees naturally go into a form of dormancy during the winter months, so they can go a few days without water. However, once your tree arrives at your door, it should be placed in a tree stand with water as soon as possible.
Christmas trees will have bailing twine around the branches for shipping purposes. The branches may take a few hours to settle back into their natural position.
